Materials ordered + acclimation
Once you sign off, we order materials. Hardwood acclimates in your home 3 – 5 days before install - non-negotiable in our climate.

Demo and subfloor prep
Old flooring removed, subfloor cleaned, leveled, and moisture-tested again. Drop cloths laid, dust containment set up.

Installation
Boards installed by skilled craftsmen. Daily clean-up, drop cloths replaced, your home stays livable as much as possible.

Finish work + transitions
Quarter-round, baseboards, transitions to other flooring, stair nosings - clean lines and tight reveals.

Walk-through and sign-off
You walk the floor with us. Punch list addressed before we leave. You sign off only when it's right.

- Far less than the old days. We use a dust-contained sanding system that captures most particulate at the source. Expect light residual dust on hard surfaces in adjacent rooms - we wipe down at the end of every job.
