The materials themselves carry manufacturer warranties - typically 25 to 50 years for hardwood, 15 to 30 years for LVP and laminate. We provide all warranty paperwork at job sign-off.

- Damage from water leaks, plumbing failures, or flooding
- Damage from pets, furniture, or impact
- Color fading from prolonged direct sunlight
- Failure from indoor humidity outside the manufacturer\'s recommended range (typically 35 – 55%)

How to Make a Materials Claim

Transferability
Workmanship warranty is non-transferable - it covers the original homeowner. If you sell, the new owner would need to address any issues directly.
